Baked Banana Nut Pancakes

Minimal banana nut pancake recipe.


Baked Banana Nut Pancakes

Ingredients

2 bananas; mashed

1/2 avocado; mashed

1/3 cup of honey

1 TBS vanilla bean paste

2/3 cup gluten free flour

1/4 cup pecans; chopped

2 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon


Directions

Preheat Oven to 275.

1. Mix the wet ingredients.

2. Mix the dry ingredients, and add to the wet.

3. Fold in the pecans.

4. Spoon the batter onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes.

5. Remove from the oven and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Top with a slab of butter and drizzle of honey.
